 PDF version (English) Thalwil, Switzerland – April 30, 2010 – At the Annual General Meeting on 29th of April in Thalwil, the shareholders of u-blox Holding AG approved all proposals of the Board of Directors. 129 shareholders attended the meeting. A total of 2’899’936 voting shares were represented, corresponding to 46.45% of the overall share capital. The shareholders approved the annual report, the 2009 accounts of the Holding and the consolidated accounts of the u-blox Group. The assembly approved the appropriation of the retained earnings of the Holding. The shareholders discharged the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for their activities in 2009. Thomas Seiler and Jean-Pierre Wyss were re-elected to the Board of Directors for 3 years. KPMG AG of Root/Luzern was reappointed as statutory auditor for a further term of one year. The amendments to the articles of association were approved.
